We operate the Instagram professional account @paui_ai (https://www.instagram.com/paui_ai/) and use Meta's official Messenger Platform / Instagram Messaging API together with an automated messaging assistant ("Meta automated messenger"). When you send a direct message (DM) to @paui_ai or otherwise interact with this account, Meta delivers your message to us in real time through secure webhooks.
